The construction programme that keeps up with the site.

Plan it here or bring it from P6 or MS Project. Progress comes straight from site, every change is kept, and every slip is explained.

The problem

Most programmes are out of date the day they're issued.

Progress lives in spreadsheets, delays disappear into longer bars, and nobody can say what changed since last month. Enforsite fixes all three.

The programme

Turning a project into a programme shouldn't be hard. Now it isn't.

Draw it on the chart or import the file you already have. Either way, the logic, the dates and the critical path are worked out for you.

Working together

Plan together without overwriting each other.

Edit live together, or one person at a time; each project chooses. Either way, nobody's half-finished change reaches the site, the reports or the client.

Live coworking

Everyone edits the same programme at once. Changes appear on every screen as they are made and are saved together at the project's midnight.

Live

Checkout

One person edits at a time. Everyone else sees the last saved plan, with who is editing, until they save and exit.

In edit by Ann

Branch & merge

Work on your own copy and merge it when ready.

Coming with the desktop app

Safe undo, even live

Undo never overwrites a colleague: if someone changed the same field since, the step is refused and you are told who and when.

Viewers see the saved plan

Half-finished edits stay with the editor. Reports, dashboards and the site team read the programme as it was last saved.

Every save is history

Each save is kept, named by its date and time, and any one of them can be compared or rolled back to.

Built for organisations

Controller

Full access: builds and reschedules the programme, manages settings and the team.

Operator

Logs progress from site, on mobile or desktop. Cannot change the schedule.

Observer

Read-only. Sees every desktop view of the project and can change nothing.

In full

Everything that sets it apart.

Import or build

  • P6 XER and MS Project XML import, with a fidelity check before anything is created
  • Each later export updates the same project; tasks keep their identity across periods
  • A baseline can come from a file
  • Draw bars and links straight onto the chart; type into the blank runway

Version control

  • Every save recorded and kept
  • Issue named revisions; split one from any earlier save
  • Any revision can be the baseline, and a baseline can be revised to take in new tasks
  • Compare on the chart; roll back to any save, and roll the roll back back

On site

  • Operator app for iOS and Android with an offline queue
  • QR codes per area, printed from the project
  • Photos and notes filed against the task, read as a day-by-day log
  • Matrices: location × activity, coloured by status

Construction reality

  • Delay bands with types and notes; lost time never vanishes into a longer bar
  • Minute precision, split shifts and lunch breaks in calendars
  • Critical path and float to any milestone or heading
  • Baseline divergence: the driving chain behind every slip

Finding things

  • One click per value, with counts before you click
  • Area trees, trades, people, progress, dates and float as filters
  • Saved filters and shared views
  • Find and replace across the programme

Reporting

  • Reporting periods that are kept for good
  • Dashboards against any chosen baseline, compared with any saved version
  • Live quick widgets beside the chart
  • Resource histograms by trade and plant
