What we collect

When you fill in the beta form, we collect:

• your name, work email address and company
• your role, the tools you plan in now and how many projects you run, if you choose to tell us
• anything you write in the message box
• that you agreed to be contacted, when you agreed, and the page you came from

We only get this from you. Please don't put anything sensitive in the message box.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

When you load a page, your browser sends your IP address to the services that deliver it: our web host, Google Fonts for the typefaces, and jsDelivr for the 3D animation's code. They use it to send you the files and may keep it briefly in their logs.

Why we use it

We use your beta details to reply to you, to decide who joins the beta, and to contact you about it. We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we'll stop contacting you.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who process information only on our instructions:

• Supabase stores the beta form's answers, in the EU (Ireland).
• [web host] serves this website.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code to your browser.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved data transfer agreements.

We'll only share it with anyone else if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your beta details until the beta ends and for 12 months after, then delete them. If you become a customer, your account is covered by the app's policy instead. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.

How we keep it safe

The form sends your details over an encrypted connection. Visitors to the website can add to the list but can't read it; only we can.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• ask us to restrict how we use it
• object to how we use it
• ask us to send it to you or another organisation in a usable format
• withdraw your consent at any time

Email us to use any of these. It's free, and we'll reply within one month.
